Hello!

Happy Friday everyone! As you have seen, I haven't done much crafting this summer. I've been spending quite some time with a very, VERY high energized toddler that takes all my attention. But I got to squeeze some time to do my very first mixed media canvas!!!! I got some new stamps from Unity Stamp Co that I still have to give some love too, but I just couldn't wait to ink this set. It is a 8" x 11" canvas. I watercolored the image with Distress Inks and watercolors. I also made the modeling paste I used (white acrylic paint, baby powder and glue). I had soooo much fun. ¡Feliz viernes a todos! Como han visto no he podido hacer casi manualidades este verano. He estado compartiendo mucho tiempo con un pequeñín que está lleno de mucha, MUCHA energía. Pude sacar un ratito para hacer mi primer "mixed media canvas". Compré algunos sellos nuevos de Unity Stamp Co que estoy loca por darles cariño, pero este set sencillamente no podía esperar. Es un canvas 8" x 11". La imágen la pinté con acuarelas y con Distress Inks. También preparé mi propio "modeling paste" (pintura acrílica blanca, pega blanca y polvo para bebés). Me encantó la experiencia así que estaré haciendo más canvas pronto. Compartiré mi proyecto con mis amigos de Unity en el Friends with Flair.
