Hola!
I'm half way through my GIU week. For today's card I went back to basic supplies, good old Crayola crayons. I saw a video/reel recently of a girl coloring an image and wanted to try the technique. I forgot to save the reel to give proper credit to that creator :( The technique is to color, applying pressure to the crayon and then scraping the color off, removing the excess wax. It leaves a shiny, smooth finish. Pretty sure I used to do something similar when little. I had fun coloring the image from the set Rainbow Birthday with this technique. The pattern paper is from the Rainbow Vibes paper pack. The die is from Gina Marie Designs. The sentiment is from the same stamp set, Rainbow Birthday. I finished the card with a bit of Glossy Accents on the candle fire and sequins.

Yummy! The person receiving this card will be delighted!
This is so fun and colorful. Love the sequins too. We did something with crayons when I was in school, heavy coloring underneath, then applied black crayon over top, then etched a design (eg-fish) which removed the black color on top. I was in 3rd grade & won 1st place in the school art show. -Pam Foy
